The Gatehouse villa was only built in April 2007.
This is a large two story 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury villa. Fully air conditioned with most rooms having added ceiling fans, the villa also has a private screened pool/spa and deck area for you and your families enjoyment.

Upon entering our Orlando Holiday villa
you will see the formal living room and dining room, which has been furnished to a very high standard, as are all the rooms in our villa. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arise. From there you enter the family room, which is open plan with ample living space. The open plan area consists of living room with 46" flat screen LCD-TV and access to over 70 channels plus a DVD player.

has a breakfast bar and further dining facilities. The kitchen breakfast and snack bar are fully equipped and include a large Fridge/Freezer with icemaker, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a utility room just off the family room that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer plus Iron and Ironing board.

The Master Bedroom
has a super king sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Every night at 9.00pm you can watch the 15minute Disney Firework disply from this room while sat on the biggest softest bed ever. Every single bedroom in our villa has a flat screen LCD-TV with cable access to over 70 channels and DVD players. The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people in comfort with an option for a further two guests in the family room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. The 4th and 5th bedroom have twin beds and all bedrooms have access to a bathroom.
